Our Surf lessons are delivered in a fun and relaxed atmosphere by experienced qualified Surf Instructors. For beginners to intermediates of all ages, we guarantee a positive successful experience full of fun.

Lesson Times:Weekends & Mid Week all year round :Morning lessons 10.00am – 12.30pm *Afternoon lessons 2.pm – 4.30pm *Evening lessons 6.30pm – 8.30pm* After school surf sessions 4.30 – 6pm mid week.Times can be arranged to suit groups.
Information and "Faq's"
Lesson Content: A Typical lesson starts with 15 min land based instruction & safety at the surf school, followed by wet suit fitting & changing. A light warm up at water’s edge, then into the surf with your instructor for approximately one hour. Instruction takes place in waist depth water for enjoyment and safety, then its back to the surf school for a hot shower, relax and recap with a hot cuppa.
Instructors / Safety: We are an Irish Surfing Association Approved Surf School. The ISA ratio of one instructor per eight surfers is adhered to,( depending on conditions we increase the number of Instructors we also provide trainee instructors as extra help on group lessons.).All Instructors are qualified lifeguards and first aiders. For added safety we use Orange Vests over wetsuits for high visability and identification.
Lesson Duration: Allow between 2 to 2 1/2 hours from arrival to departure
Equipment: All Surf Equipment Provided, Surfboards, Wetsuits & Accessories.We use warm winter 5/3mm thick wetsuits and quality surfboards that perform.
What do you need: Swimwear & Towel, Sun screen
